Ray Evernham and Erin Crocker wed in Las Vegas!
Ray Evernham has married race car driver Erin Crocker, a representative for Evernham says.
The two were married Wednesday in a small ceremony at the Southpoint Hotel in Las Vegas, the representative said.
Crocker was a development driver for Evernham and the two began a romantic relationship. Evernham sold majority interest in his race team two seasons ago to George Gillett Jr., and now holds a small share of what has since merged into Richard Petty Motorsports.
He is an analyst with ESPN and owns a short track in North Carolina and remains active in motorsports.
Crocker drove sprint cars, then joined the Evernham operation, where she graduated to ARCA competition and occasional NASCAR Truck series races and drove some races in what is now known as the Nationwide Series.
