BIG DIAMOND OPENER PUSHED BACK TO MARCH 29; OPEN PRACTICE MARCH 22
Mother Nature decided she wasn't ready for racing season
to open just yet. A rough winter has forced Big Diamond Speedway
management to make some schedule changes for March.
A practice session that was scheduled for March 15th has
been postponed to March 22nd. The practice session will be open to any
car with a roll cage. The opener, which will feature extra money on the
line for the open competition modifiers, sportsman, roadrunners, and
street stocks will now take place on March 29th.
The highly anticipated $7,500 to win, $500 to start
'Money in the Mountains' for the big-block modifiers is still on
schedule for April 3.
