GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY MAKES BIG CHANGE FOR THIS SATURDAY NIGHT’S PROGRAM – T.P. TRAILER NASCAR MODIFIEDS TO RUN TWIN 25 LAP FEATURES!!!!!
BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Hold on to your seats!
After suffering the fourth weather postponement in the first five weeks of the new 2025 season last Saturday, Grandview Speedway is firing back into action this Saturday with a huge change to the race format in an effort to combat the unsettled Spring weather.
The T.P. Trailer NASCAR Modifieds will be competing in TWIN 25 LAP feature events, plus the usual qualifying events, plus a full show for the T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman with qualifying and a 25-lap main event, making for THREE 25-lap Feature races in one night!
Grandview Speedway management is making the effort to give the loyal fans and drivers a make-up of some of the lost race events by adding an extra feature to this week’s race program.
It will be the first double –feature racing event on a Saturday night since the 2014 season, so anticipation and excitement will be running high entering this Saturday’s Twin 25-lap feature program.
Both of the Twin 25-lap features for the T.P. Trailer Modifieds will pay $2000 to win, plus the T.P. Trailer & Truck Equipment bonus of $300 making for a $2300 payday for the winner in each feature.
There is more! Should the same driver win both of the Twin 25’s, that driver would earn a bonus of $1000, making it possible to win $5600 for a sweep of the twin feature program!
Each of the Twin 25-lap features for the T.P. Trailer Modifieds will be lined up by the track handicapping system, with a complete recalculating of the points between features (same as on a night when a carryover feature is run).
The T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman will not be left out of the excitement, as a date in the month of June will soon be announced for a special TWIN 20’s race program for those drivers as well.
On Saturday pit gates will open at 3 pm, with grandstand gates opening at 4:30 pm, warm-ups starting at 5:30 pm, and the first race of the evening getting the green flag at 6:30 pm.
