When the 2026 season gets underway on April 4th at the Grandview Speedway for the
annual Bruce Rogers Money Maker race, Jeff Strunk will be behind the wheel of a new
race put together over the winter.
The new modified team owned by former modified drivers Danny Hieber, Keith Hoffman
along with Todd Baer of Aqua Duck Water Transport will field a car for the eleven-time
Grandview Track Champion. It is known that the new team will concentrate on
Grandview and a full schedule will be released later.
For Strunk, it brings him new excitement for 2026.
“I am super grateful and thankful to everyone who is involved with this,” Strunk told
DirtTrackDigest.com. “I was never so worried about not racing
this year and they all came to the rescue for me, and I am really
looking forward to having a good year for them and
myself. I have been very fortunate to have such great car owners over the years and
very fortunate to have done this for as many years as I have and for them to have put
their trust in me to drive their car makes me feel good.”
“Everyone involved has a long racing history as drivers or car owners, just like I have
and that makes it even more exciting for me. They are all very knowledgeable and
experienced in racing along with being very good business people and just good people
in general.”
Full details of Strunk’s new ride including the number and sponsors will be released at a
March 7 th press conference scheduled to take place at 3:00 PM at Hoffman’s Speed
Supplies in New Tripoli, PA.
